Un año más en Salesianos, lo hemos pasado genial corriendo la carrera más popular de Ourense.

Throughout the next classes we will learn to take our pulse and remember how to warm up by practicing athletics and rugby tape, which as you know help us get fit both physically and mentally and teach us in addition to its fantastic moral rule of respect for running, jump, throw and receive.

A lo largo de las próximas clases aprenderemos a tomarnos el pulso y recordaremos como realizar calentamientos practicando atletismo y rugby cinta, que como sabéis nos ayudan a ponernos en forma tanto física como mentalmente y nos enseñan además de su fantástica regla moral del respeto a correr, saltar, lanzar y recibir.
